After two years since the implementation of the first community quarantine in the province, Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU)-Main campus conducted this morning its flag raising ceremony attended by students from the College of Nursing and Midwifery (CNM).
In his message, BPSU President Dr. Gregorio Rodis encouraged the students to take the path of serving the country especially during this pandemic.
“All of you want to be nurses that’s why you have to be ready to be exposed to many kinds of environmental conditions and health hazards. You will be applying your learnings to help other people”.
CNM is one of the first colleges in Central Luzon that resumed face-to-face classes, February of this year, after complying with the requirements set by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
Other colleges in the University are expected to follow in the next few months.
Basic health and safety protocols are strictly enforced such as wearing of face mask, availability of alcohol at the entrance of the classrooms and proper ventilation in the classrooms to prevent possible transmission of the virus.
